 What is the right time to eat ?


food should always be eaten at the right time. By not eating food at the right time, we suffer from many diseases.

so, What is the right time to eat ?

1. Breakfast :-
                  Morning at -7 AM to 8 AM
            do not it after 10 AM


2. Lunch :-
                at 12:30 PM to 2 PM 
Keep a gap of 4 hours for breakfast and lunch.
 do not it lunch after 4 PM


3. Dinner :-
                  at -6:30 PM to 8:30 PM 
            Keep a gap of 2-3 hours for  eating dinner.
        do not it dinner after 10 PM

Method of eating :-


        Eat slowly and chew food.
        Keep as much food as you can in the plate.
       Take a quiet meal and sit down.
