- 8 hours of sleep daily.

- नमस्ते दोस्तो स्वागत है मेरे ब्लॉग पर । आज मे आपको कुछ हेल्थ के बारेमे साधारण नुस्के बताना चाहता हु जिसे आप अपने जीवन मे आज़माकर अपनी शरीर को तंदूरस्त ओर फिट ओर हर बीमारी से दूर रेह शकते हो ।
- नीचे दिये गए कुछ घरेलू नुस्खे अपना कर अपनी सेहत बनाए ।
- हर रोज 1 सेब खाये ।
- रोज 4 बादाम खाये ।
- रोज 1 नींबू पिये ।
- रोज 1 ग्लास दूध पिये ।
- रोज 12 ग्लास पानी पिये ।
- रोज 4 खजूर खाये ।
- रोज 2 बार प्राथना कीजिये ।
- रोज 8 घंटे की नींद ।
